Summary
This role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of day-to-day operations, including human resources, sales and marketing strategies, and client relationship management. The position leads a team of 10 employees, manages show logistics, budgeting, hiring, and ensures smooth execution of events and online sales. The ideal candidate is a dynamic leader with strong operational, sales, and team-building expertise, passionate about delivering legendary customer service and unforgettable fireworks experiences.
Duties
Oversee human resources and staff of 10 employees.
Manage day-to-day operations.
Overseeing all sales-related and marketing strategies
Key contact in all major client relations, cites, sports teams and corporate events
Provide direction and management of show budgets, preparing requests for proposals (RFP’s) and tenders
Conducting site visits for shows and preparing site plans based on site evaluations
Oversee show assignment for both supervisors and crew
Oversee software and computers on our network
Optimize the allocation and utilization of resources, including personnel, equipment
Manage inventory and ensure the availability of necessary resources to meet operational demands
Manage cash flow
Monitor online sales
Manage hiring and conduct interviews for full-time and seasonal staff
Coaching, training, motivating and inspiring the team to take care of the customer.
Lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse team of operational staff.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Qualifications
Strong leadership & team-building skills
Minimum of 5 years in sales, marketing, and operational management
Ability to motivate & inspire a high-performing team
Excellent communication & relationship management skills
