Your new companyOur client, a distinguished property management firm located in Victoria, BC, is celebrated for their exceptional standards and genuine care for their employees, fostering a healthy work-life balance.Your new roleThe Property Manager oversees the daily operations and maintenance of commercial properties, such as office buildings, retail spaces, and industrial complexes. Your responsibilities include managing tenant relations, lease enforcement, preparing and managing budgets, overseeing property maintenance and repairs, and ensuring the property complies with all relevant laws and regulations. You will handle financial tasks such as rent collection, preparing financial reports, and managing accounts payable. The goal is to maintain the property's value and ensure it runs efficiently for both tenants and owners.What you need to succeedYou must have a current Property Management license for BC (or willing to get one), experience as a Property Manager (residential, commercial or Strata), and a valid BC Driver's License with a reliable vehicle. Preferred qualifications include customer service experience in real estate, financial, or accounting fields. Candidates should have a flexible schedule, strong communication skills, and be proficient in Microsoft Office and property management software. You must be detail-oriented, creative, well-organized, professional, and able to meet deadlines under pressure.What you get in returnIn recognition of your commitment, this company offer a competitive salary range of $80,000-$90,000, four weeks of vacation, an extended health package, a discretionary bonus, and a flexible hybrid work schedule.
