Job description

Job Summary

The IT Technical Analyst will play a pivotal role in analyzing, designing, and implementing IT solutions that meet the business needs of the organization. This position involves troubleshooting technical issues, providing support, and ensuring the seamless operation of IT systems. To ensure success as an IT Technical Analyst, the ideal candidate must possess excellent problem-solving skills to diagnose, evaluate, and resolve complex problem situations.

Responsibilities

Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
Design, implement, and maintain IT systems and applications
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration of IT solutions
Provide technical support and training to end-users
Monitor system performance and ensure optimal functionality
Document processes, procedures, and system configurations
Stay updated with the latest technology trends and advancements

Requirements

Two-year Technical Diploma focusing on information technology

Previous experience within an IT environment

Microsoft and / or ITIL Certification would be considered an asset

Experience with technical software such as Office 365, Power Shell, Power BI, and / or Azure would be considered an asset

Candidates Must Possess :

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues

Knowledge of IT systems, applications, and network infrastructure

Experience with system design and implementation

Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
