Our client is looking for an experienced IT Systems Administrator to take ownership of their IT infrastructure and contribute to its continued evolution. This role focuses on maintaining system performance, security, and reliability while driving key projects to modernize and optimize technology operations.
Role Overview
Reporting to the Controller the IT Systems Administrator will oversee servers, networks, and cloud environments, ensuring seamless operations and robust security. This hands-on role requires expertise in managing and supporting Microsoft Azure, Veeam, VMware, Windows Servers, and Active Directory .
What you should expect :
- Administer and maintain servers, cloud platforms, and network systems to ensure optimal performance and uptime.
- Configure and manage Microsoft Azure environments and cloud-based solutions.
- Implement and oversee data backup, recovery, and disaster recovery solutions using Veeam.
- Manage virtualization platforms, including VMware, to ensure scalability and efficiency.
- Oversee user and resource management through Active Directory and Windows Server administration.
- Identify and resolve IT issues promptly, minimizing downtime and ensuring business continuity.
- Collaborate with the IT team on infrastructure modernization and system upgrade initiatives.
