Your role as Tooling Project Management will be to workforce management, monitoring issues and monitoring costs. Your working environment : The A220 commercial aircraft Program is headquartered in Mirabel, in the greater Montreal area, where the vibrant city of Montreal is just a stone's throw away. Key Responsibility : Interpret, understand and respect plans and specifications.Work closely with all departments of the company and act as conductor to ensure effective work for everyone : Ensured compliance with equipment OHS standards. Management of subcontracting of engineering services (Plan, coordinate and schedule) : Create and follow the general planning of the project while managing unforeseen events and constraints so as not to impact important deadlines. Ensure budget monitoring; Lead multi-departmental meetings and ensure that each employee is engaged. Find solutions to the various issues that will be encountered during the project.Present project progress reports to the management committee Act as a general point of contact for clients during the development project; Ensure the quality of technical documents used for calls for tenders (specifications of work standards and annexes) through appropriate methodological support and support for project managers on the subcontracting process. Must Have : You hold a Bachelor's degree in engineering, Operations Management or equivalent field; You need to be a member of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec; You have a minimum of 8 years of experience in the industrial industry or in a similar position, all relevant training and experience combinations could be considered; You demonstrate solid analytical and organizational skills; You are recognized for your reliability and autonomy and your ability to work in a team; You are motivated by changes in your work;You have proven ability to cope in a fast pace work environment; You demonstrate a strong leadership and influence skills to effectively manage suppliers and internal teams
