This diverse team works with more than 250 Indigenous peoples, groups and organizations across the country to empower Indigenous communities, organizations, businesses and individuals in navigating a dynamic social, political and economic environment.

We are seeking a dynamic leader to spearhead management consulting engagements that empower Indigenous governments and enterprises. This is a unique opportunity to drive impactful change and contribute to the growth of Indigenous communities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of management consulting projects, including business planning, feasibility studies, strategic planning, operational planning, and financial analyses
• Identify creative solutions that enhance client value, ensuring their needs are met while fostering long-lasting relationships
• Review, design, and develop high quality deliverables including reports, presentations, and other documents
• Utilize specialized knowledge to anticipate and address issues or risks, ensuring the highest quality of service for our clients
• Engage with the local business community to explore development opportunities and lead the preparation and delivery of competitive proposals
• Mentor team members to achieve their professional and personal goals by setting clear expectations, providing constructive feedback, and conducting effective performance reviews
• Maintain flexibility to travel to client sites as required
