Administrative Assistant – Order Management
A company distributing medical products specialized in endovascular procedures for operations across Canada is looking for an Administrative Assistant / Order Management Specialist.
The position is based in its offices in Saint-Léonard in East Montreal.
The successful candidate must be imperatively bilingual (French and English).

- Permanent position located in Saint-Léonard, in East Montreal.
- On-site position (in-person).
- Salary : $50,000 to $55,000 per year.

Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls.
Manage the email inbox.
Enter clinical orders.
Ensure order management.
Manage inventory and stocks.
Qualifications
2 to 3 years of relevant office work experience.
Essential bilingualism : fluency in French and English, both spoken and written.
Excellent knowledge of office software (Outlook, Excel, and Word).
Knowledge of a warehouse management software such as Fishbowl or another (an asset).
Ability to work effectively in a team.
