Randstad has partnered with a manufacturing company in Barrie, looking for a Senior Bookkeeper for a 12-14 month contract role, starting in early May. This is an onsite position so applicants will need to be able to travel to Barrie daily.

Responsibilities
Responsible for Accounts Payable and all invoicing in compliance with company policies
Execute daily processes and controls accurately and in a timely manner
Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations
Support month-end reporting, journal entries
Assist in the month end, quarter end and year end closing process including monthly financial close workbook preparation
Manage all benefits administration
Qualifications
3+ years Accounting experience across various functions
Post Secondary Degree in Accounting
Experience with journal entries and month-end
Previous experience with benefits administration
