Job Summary : The Junior Architectural Technologist will work under the guidance of senior staff and will be involved in various aspects of architectural design and project development. The job position requires a solid educational background in architectural technology and a passion for contributing to a wide range of projects. Key Responsibilities : Assist in the preparation of architectural drawings and renderings using AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software Collaborate with the design team to develop design concepts and solutions Conduct research on building materials, codes, and regulations Assist in the preparation of construction documents and specifications Participate in project meetings and contribute ideas to the design process Assist with site visits and inspections to ensure project compliance Assist in the coordination of project deliverables and timelines Assist with project documentation and management Collaborate with various project team members, including architects, engineers, and contractors Qualifications : Diploma or degree in Architectural Technology or related field 1-2 years of relevant work experience (internships or co-op experiences included) Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit software Knowledge of other design software such as SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite is a plus Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work Good verbal and written communication skills Ability to work effectively in a team and under supervision Eagerness to learn and develop new skills Basic understanding of building codes and construction methods Internal Job Code : AT-GT-02 Salary Range : $55,000 - $70,000 / Annually Powered by JazzHR
