Brandt is currently seeking a Preventative Maintenance Technician in our Laval Construction & Forestry location.This position is responsible for completing on-site preventative maintenance services on commercial heavy equipment at customer sites, utilizing state of the art technologies.Duties and Responsibilities Performing all levels of PM services on a scheduled basis in a professional mannerIdentifying and reporting on additional items identified that require follow-up service work by a heavy duty technicianEnsuring the accurate capture and reporting of PM service checklist, inspection, and work order information for the benefit of customer reportingRequired SkillsProven experience in contributing in a service-oriented environment working directly with customers and equipment operators are key assetsThe successful candidate must be motivated, energetic, and have strong communication skillsCandidates must be willing to work after-hours and / or participate in shift-work as required to support customer needsA recent driver's abstract will be requiredTruck Class 3 requiredMust be able to lift up to 50 poundsRequired ExperienceMust have experience operating, servicing, and / or maintaining agricultural, automotive, or heavy equipmentCandidates with trade experience to a second- or third-year apprentice level are encouraged to apply
