Faisant parti de l’équipe des opérations, le coordonnateur maintenance assure l’implémentation et le suivi du programme de préventif auprès de l’équipe maintenance, le tout selon les besoins changeant de la production. Il s’assure de maintenir une disponibilité des équipements de production en participant à la fiabilisation des équipements. Finalement, il participe à l’amélioration du système de GMAO, Guide-TI.

Sous la supervision du leader maintenance, le planificateur maintenance devra :

Mettre à jour, implémenter et bonifier le programme de préventif actuel;
Coordonner avec la production la planification des préventifs et correctifs nécessaires sur les équipements;
Préparer les tâches de préventif et former les techniciens maintenance;
Développer et mettre à jour des indicateurs de performance et de suivi pour le préventif maintenance;
Effectuer des audits périodiques;
Analyser les problèmes récurrents de maintenance et participer à la recherche de solutions pour# fiabiliser les équipements;
Améliorer le processus utilisé sur le GMAO.

Description des compétences :

Habileté en relations interpersonnelles et communications (orale et écrite);

Capacité à travailler sous pression dans un environnement où les demandes clients sont prioritaires et en constante évolution;

Posséder un bon esprit d’analyse et un bon sens analytique;

Leadership;

Faire preuve d’initiative, de rigueur et de minutie;

Maîtrise des logiciels suivants : Suite Office, GMAO (Guide-TI un atout)

Orienté service à la clientèle. Posséder un bon esprit d’équipe;

Détenir des connaissances techniques en pneumatique, mécanique et électricité;

Langues demandées : Bilinguisme (français et anglais) à l’oral et à l’écrit est un essentiel.

Exigences de l’emploi

Diplôme collégial (DEC) en génie industriel, génie mécanique, génie électrique;

Un minimum de 5 à 7 années d’expérience en gestion de maintenance ou toute expérience équivalente reliée à l’emploi.
