Adecco is currently hiring a full-time Operations Supervisor on behalf of our client, a leader in the janitorial and building maintenance industry. In this role you will be responsible for overseeing service delivery across multiple client sites, ensuring subcontractor management, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction. The role requires flexibility in shift times, including interaction with night cleaning crews.
Pay Rate : up to $65,000 / year (based on experience)
Location : Winnipeg, MB

Assist in hiring, training, and supervising subcontractors.
Ensure compliance with legal and operational requirements (security clearances, business licenses, liability insurance, etc.).
Conduct routine site inspections to ensure work meets company standards.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding service quality and operational concerns.
Address and resolve client concerns before they escalate.
Monitor and control subcontractor hours to align with budget.
Oversee and coordinate equipment repairs as necessary.
Ensure all work orders and service commitments are fulfilled efficiently. Qualifications :
Mu st be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
Flexible availability, including evenings and nights.
