Location: Trenton, Ontario, Canada Compensation: $26,000 annually Job Type : Part-Time Contract (6 Months) Schedule: Flexible Schedule with Evenings & Weekends Required Job Overview: The Lifestyle Rental Assistant is responsible for assisting and supporting the Lifestyle Rental Consultants and Lifestyle Rental Supervisor with professionally completing follow-ups with prospective tenants for the ultimate purpose of renting suites.
Key Responsibilities: Be the first point of contact for incoming leasing phone calls and emails. Assist with showing units to prospective tenants.
Assist with checking credit references and other application processing.
Ensure customer service satisfaction, conduct customer service calls following tenant move ins.
Qualifications: Demonstrate strong customer service skills.
Excellent communication skills. Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve effectively.
Demonstrate enthusiasm and energy.
Multi-task, organize work flow and remain detail oriented.
Work independently as well as with a team.
Knowledge of the Landlord Tenant Act, Human Rights Code and other applicable legislation would be an asset.
Education & Experience: High school diploma or 2 years work related experience.
Previous experience renting apartments and assisting tenants would be an asset.
Experienced in sales, customer service, or related field would be an asset.
Valid driver’s license with satisfactory driving record and automobile insurance.
