About the Role :
As the Rolling Stock Maintenance Manager / Technical Expert, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient operation and maintenance of our rolling stock assets. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with safety regulations, performance standards, and contribute to optimizing operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage rolling stock maintenance teams to ensure high levels of availability and reliability.
- Implement and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
- Oversee the technical and operational performance of rolling stock, ensuring all systems are running at peak performance.
- Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to manage and resolve technical challenges.
- Ensure compliance with local and international regulations and standards.
- Manage budgets, resources, and timelines to achieve maintenance goals.
- Provide technical expertise in rolling stock systems, including mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for fleet performance and cost optimization.
