Responsibilities :

Create, modify, and optimize CNC programs using Autodesk, CAD / CAM, and other industry-standard software.
Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to develop precise machining instructions.
Set up tooling, cutting paths, and machining parameters for efficient production.
Collaborate with machinists and production staff to troubleshoot issues and improve workflow.
Ensure programs meet quality, accuracy, and safety standards.
Maintain documentation, tooling libraries, and revision histories.
Assist in continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives.

Requirements :

Proven experience as a CNC Programmer.

Strong proficiency with Autodesk, CAD / CAM, and multiple CNC programming platforms.

Ability to read and interpret complex technical drawings and GD&T.

Knowledge of machining processes, tooling, speeds / feeds, and materials.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
