The JobWe are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support. This role offers a dynamic work environment where you will work closely with the leasing representative and support various operational, administrative, and customer service functions. This position is primarily office-based with no significant safety concerns and involves mostly desk work.Why You Should Apply

ResponsibilitiesYour responsibilities will include creating and placing advertisements for new manufactured homes, coordinating and participating in home showings, conducting inspection and warranty follow-ups, arranging maintenance service calls, and completing walk-throughs and inspections with new homeowners. You will also be responsible for preparing expense reports, processing monthly invoicing, maintaining accurate records, and performing a variety of additional administrative duties to support the efficient operation of the community.RequirementsThe ideal candidate will have previous administrative experience and demonstrate exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment. You will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, be highly proactive, and maintain a high level of integrity, discretion, diplomacy, and confidentiality. Strong computer skills are essential, including proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint, with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Experience with the Nova Scotia Residential Tenancies Act and/or the property management industry is considered a valuable asset.
