We are looking for a Senior Designer to join our Creative Team, reporting to the Associate Creative Director. The Senior Designer is a highly skilled creative who brings together strong conceptual thinking and hands-on execution. This role will lead and contribute to campaign development with a big-picture mindset, creating work that comes to life across channels across static and motion.

This is a hybrid position (3 days in the office per week). Office location is 1303 Yonge Street, Toronto.
Responsibilities:
Leads design of Tier 1 (strategically important) campaigns, with input from ACD and ECD, concepting ideas and bringing them to life across all our brands and channels
Help guide and support in the creation of strategic designs for Tier 2 (tactically Important) projects for all brands within the organization
Create high-quality design assets and visual systems with strong attention to craft, detail, and brand consistency
Mentor and support junior designers, providing feedback, guidance, and hands-on support
Assist in creation of pre-production decks for photography and video shoots by sourcing elements, researching inspiration and styles, and documenting requirements
Assist with bigger picture storyboarding and visualize motion concepts, collaborating with motion specialists as needed
What You Will Need:
Post-secondary education in Graphic Design or related field
Registered Graphic Designer designation is an asset
A minimum of 5-7+ years of hands-on experience in Adobe Creative suite
A minimum of 5-7+ years of experience in a creative agency or in-house team
Ability to develop original, insight-driven creative ideas with a strong understanding of campaign thinking across multiple touchpoints
Ability to think beyond static design and visualize ideas in motion and narrative form
Detail-oriented with strong typography, layout, and visual storytelling skills
Strong ability to interpret briefs and come up with creative solutions
Expert with Adobe Creative Suite
Strong time management and ability to manage multiple priorities with tight deadlines
