We're looking for a passionate Storage Supervisor who loves hands-on work, takes pride in their craft, and wants to have a meaningful impact on the team. As a Storage Supervisor, you will ensure the efficient management and security of our storage facility.

Responsibilities & Expectations:

The Storage Supervisor is responsible to coordinate all IPS Service Center and customer storage, care, and logistics.

Responsibilities include:

  • Coordination of all the service centers asset management/storage service activities.
  • Coordinate and optimize all warehouse and logistics operations (incoming and outgoing).
  • Supervise warehouse staff and maintain high safety and quality standards.
  • Complete monthly invoicing for services rendered.
  • Provide customer service functions for storage customers to deliver an unmatched customer experience.
  • Ensure warehouse space is measured and logged for optimal space efficiency.
  • Coordinate warehouse/inventory audits, both internal and customer supervised.
  • Update customer storage maintenance documents and send out monthly reports.
  • Develop sales strategies and commercial agreements for customers for storage services.
  • Provide detailed quotations if required.
  • Implementation and optimization of Storage Tracker App and associated tablets.

Qualifications and Competencies:

  • Have a minimum of 3 to 5 years relevant experience, ideally in a logistics, procurement or inventory management role.
  • Previous Industrial account management and sales experience preferred.
  • Lifting and rigging experience considered an asset.
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Sales and customer management skills
  • Spatial visualization, organizational and decision-making skills
  • Result-orientated and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure deadlines are met
  • Effective computer skills
