Job descriptionEnsure costs related to the file are indicated on the billing document. Comply with the laws and regulations of the the different governments and the ISO Communicate with different stakeholders to offer superior service. Communicate, without delay, information or problems, to the immediate supervisor. Other duties as defined by the immediate supervisor Education and Experience : High School Diploma or post-secondary education or experience, Two to three years of related experience. Ability to provide exceptional customer service to clients Excellent organization skills and be a proactive problem solver Ability to manage own time and priorities workload to meet internal and external expectations Must be proficient in all areas of Microsoft Office Suite Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) Good interpersonal and teamworking skills required
