Class 3 Driver – Up to $38/hour - Pays Weekly!

We are currently seeking an experienced and reliable Class 3 delivery driver to perform local deliveries of construction materials in the Greater Montreal area. This position involves driving delivery trucks in busy urban environments while providing excellent customer service and ensuring the safe transport of materials to jobsites and clients.
Main Responsibilities:
  • Drive a MOFFETT truck for local deliveries.
  • Operate a Moffett truck safely and efficiently (training provided if necessary).
  • Drive in busy urban streets and tight delivery spaces.
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials to clients.
  • Verify invoices, payments, returns, and delivery documents.
  • Provide professional and courteous customer service.
  • Inspect, clean, and maintain trucks and equipment according to company standards.
  • Assist in the warehouse, with order preparation, and department maintenance when required.
  • Comply with all transportation, health, and safety regulations.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Valid Class 3 driver's license is mandatory.
  • Class 1 license considered a major asset.
  • Proven experience working independently as a delivery truck driver is required.
  • Comfortable driving in narrow streets and urban areas.
  • Experience with a Moffett truck is considered an asset.
  • Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
  • Comfortable working outdoors up to 80% of the time.
  • French is mandatory; bilingual candidates are preferred.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to lift and move loads up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
  • Frequent loading and unloading of materials.
  • Long periods of driving, standing, and outdoor work.
Schedule:
  • Day shift: 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM (occasional early departures at 5:30 AM possible)
  • Evening shift possible: 1:30 PM to 10:00 PM
Salary & Compensation:
  • Up to $38.00 / hour
  • Additional premium of $6.00/hour when handling drywall (gypsum).

Ce poste implique la conduite de camions de livraison dans des environnements urbains achalandés tout en offrant un excellent service à la clientèle et en assurant le transport sécuritaire des matériaux vers les chantiers et clients.
Exigences principales:
  • Conduire un camion MOFFETT pour des livraisons locales
  • Opérer un camion Moffett de façon sécuritaire et efficace (formation offerte au besoin)
  • Conduire dans des rues urbaines achalandées et des espaces de livraison restreints
  • Charger, décharger et transporter des matériaux de construction chez les clients

  • Offrir un service à la clientèle professionnel et courtois
  • Inspecter, nettoyer et entretenir les camions et équipements selon les normes de l’entreprise
  • Aider à l’entrepôt, à la préparation des commandes et à l’entretien du département lorsque requis
  • Respecter toutes les règles de transport, santé et sécurité

Qualifications et exigences:
  • Permis de conduire classe 3 valide obligatoire
  • Permis classe 1 considéré comme un atout important
  • Expérience autonome en conduite de camions de livraison requise
  • À l’aise de conduire dans des rues étroites et des zones urbaines
  • Expérience avec camion Moffett considérée comme un atout
  • Capacité de soulever et déplacer des matériaux jusqu’à 23 kg
  • Être à l’aise de travailler à l’extérieur jusqu’à 80 % du temps
  • Français obligatoire; candidats bilingues privilégiés

Salaire :
  • Jusqu’à38 $/heure
  • Prime additionnelle de 6,00 $ lors de la manipulation de gypse
