The Role
As a Brand Manager, your role will be pivotal in shaping the customer experience, fostering relationships with franchisees, and collaborating with internal teams. You will serve as the quarterback of the brand, driving cross-functional collaboration, agency collaboration and ensuring a seamless and impactful customer experience across all marketing touchpoints. Your efforts will ensure that every individual—whether a customer, franchisee, or team member—feels heard, valued, and understood.
In this role, you’ll be inspired to make a meaningful impact not only within marketing channels but across all cross-functional teams. You will lead and support local store marketing efforts, ensuring strategies resonate with the community and boost engagement. You’ll also play a key role in the successful launch of new stores, equipping them with the necessary tools and marketing strategies for success.
