Job description1-year minimum experience working in a lending capacity in the banking sector. Post-secondary with study in Finance and Accounting an asset. Broad knowledge of lending laws and regulations. Strong ability to perform detailed work under time constraints while maintaining a high degree of accuracy. Strong written and verbal communication. This is a full-time position. Working Hours : Monday-Friday 9 : 00AM-5 : 00PM (one-hour lunch break). We are seeking an experience positive, detail oriented and self-motivated team player.
Key Duties & Responsibilities：
- Conduct Loan Credit Analysis / Research
- Prepare loan applications and process all appropriate documents
- Monitor and administer loan portfolios and update account records
- Administer and maintain loan and security files; ensure all required documents are in place in the files
- Ensure loans are approved and maintained in compliance with the bank’s policy and procedures, as well as operate compliance with laws and regulations
- Maintain and monitor client business relationship
- Remain appraised of local economic conditions
- Other administrative work and reports on loans
