As a senior consultant at Proudfoot, you will be at the forefront of delivering a range of consulting activities for transformative projects. You'll guide and direct consultants and client members, managing one or more workstreams through the entire project lifecycle and ensuring successful implementation. Ideal for ex-mining company Internal Transformation, Operational Transformation, or SAP team members wanting to develop their career.
Main Accountabilities
- Delivery : Accountable for delivering results for one or more workstreams on a mining project (Open Pit, Underground, Quarries).
- Collaboration : Work with client staff to identify performance gaps and develop solutions.
- Implementation : Manage implementation, audit results, and take corrective actions as necessary.
- Training and Development : Conduct workshops, training sessions, and presentations to equip clients with the skills needed for sustainable changes.
- Relationship Building : Develop results-based relationships with client personnel, actively seeking opportunities for cross-selling and additional work.
