Experience with eDiscovery is considered an asset. Strong research and drafting skills, with attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote setting.

Our client, a trusted litigation firm in downtown Toronto is seeking a Junior Litigation Law Clerk to join their team! Please note, this role is working fully remote.
Responsibilities :
As a Junior Litigation Law Clerk, you will support the litigation team with a range of tasks, including :
- Drafting and reviewing legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and discovery materials.
- Conducting legal research and compiling relevant case law.
- Assisting with case preparation and organizing litigation files.
- Managing and tracking case deadlines.
- Preparing and organizing materials for hearings, trials, and client meetings.
- Collaborating with the legal team on eDiscovery (training provided).
- Other administrative duties as required to support the litigation process.
