Life Insurance Sales Advisor
Our GTA insurance brokerage client which has a mission to provide peace of mind and financial security to individuals, families and employers through innovative and comprehensive life, disability and group solutions is growing and looking to add to their team. As a Life Insurance Sales Advisor, you will play a key role in helping individuals and families make informed decisions about their financial security and provide employers with group benefit solutions to complement their compensation package. Leveraging our client’s product portfolio, you will provide expert guidance, build strong client relationships, and drive sales growth. This is a hybrid position.
Duties & Responsibility
- Handle the large volume of warm leads through inbound and outbound calls in a timely and efficient manner.
- Demonstrate product knowledge by appropriately positioning life insurance products and their benefits.
- Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional communication and end-to-end service.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to qualify and recommend tailored insurance solutions that align with customers’ unique needs and circumstances.
- Be goal-oriented to meet weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets.

Base of $40K plus commission and bonus
