KidsUnited is an early childhood soccer and development center focused on children aged 1.5 to 9 years old. Our unique training methodology supports physical development, coordination, confidence, social skills, and early learning — using soccer as the primary educational tool.

We are looking for passionate, energetic, and reliable FULL-TIME AND PART-TIME coaches who want to make a meaningful impact during the most important years of a child’s development.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized Youth Soccer Coach to join our Burlington, Ontario team. As the first point of contact for parents and families, you will play a key role in sharing information about our programs and guiding families through the enrollment process.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a busy environment, and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead fun, structured soccer and movement classes for children aged 1.5–9 years
• Deliver sessions in accordance with the KidsUnited curriculum and coaching framework
• Support children’s development in coordination, body awareness, teamwork, and confidence
• Build positive, professional relationships with children and parents
• Provide brief, respectful feedback to parents regarding their child’s participation and progress
• Maintain accurate attendance and progress records as required
• Ensure all health and safety standards are followed during programming
• Participate in required training sessions, meetings, and professional development
• Represent KidsUnited in a professional, inclusive, and welcoming manner at all times

Hourly range $18.50 -$22.50 / hr
