As a Customer Support Coach, you will be the first line of response to our customers over the phone, email, and chat. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that they and their clients have a world-class experience with Trainerize, our fitness-focused SaaS platform.

What You’ll Do :

• Trial Support : Help customers navigate our free trial and coach them on how Trainerize can benefit their business.
• Customer Support : Respond to customer inquiries using our playbooks and help them solve challenges related to our platform.
• Customer Feedback : Act as the voice of the customer, escalating issues and feature requests to our product and development teams.
• Master Trainerize : Become an expert on our platform and share your knowledge with the team.

Salaries are based on candidate experience, qualifications, and location, as well as market and business considerations. Our pay range for Canada-based candidates for this position is $41,000 - $49,400 CAD annually. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process. Certain positions are also eligible for additional compensation such as bonuses and commissions.
