Position Information Position Title Wellness Centre Team Liaison (student position) Posting Type Temporary End Date (if applicable) Classification Title App G Student Pay Band 1 Min Salary $17.20 Max Salary $17.20 Position Summary Working at the Wellness Center, this position will be responsible for the following tasks :
- Work as part of a team and be responsible for collaborating with team members to achieve common goals. This may involve coordinating efforts, sharing resources, and providing support to team members.
- Provide information relating to fitness programs, memberships and assist with facility bookings.
- Responding promptly to inquiries and resolving any conflicts or issues with staff and members
- Collaborating with different teams to create strategies and solve problems
- Assisting in the development and implementation of procedures to improve communication and efficiency
- Assist the supervisor to ensure daily tasks are being completed
- Train new staff and to ensure they are competent in their role as Wellness Centre Assistant
- Assist with ensuring staff are following the direction of the supervisor within the office
- Work in compliance with the Occupational Health and Safety Act.
