Receptionist (Legal)

Our client one of Canadas premier business law firms is seeking a polished and professional Receptionist to join their Vancouver office.

Key Responsibilities

• Warmly greet clients and visitors creating a positive first impression
• Notify appropriate personnel of visitor arrivals
• Answer screen and transfer internal and external calls with professionalism
• Manage boardroom bookings and hospitality requests using Meeting Room Manager
• Support office security by ensuring reception is always staffed and visitors are logged
• Issue and manage visitor and employee access passes
• Maintain an organized professional reception area
• Forward staff absence notifications to appropriate contacts
• Maintain discretion and strict confidentiality at all times
• Provide additional administrative and clerical support as required.
