Skincare Ambassador (Freelance)

Location: NIAGARA FALLS, WELLAND, ST-CATHARINES, BEAMSVILLE, STONEY CREEK, GRIMSBY
Job Type: Part-Time Freelance (12 - 18 hours/week)
Schedule: Thursday, and Saturday- ALL DAY Availability
Pay: Starting $20/hour

About the Role:

Are you passionate about skincare, dermo-cosmetics, and customer engagement? We are looking for an experienced, professional, and dynamic Dermo-Consultant to provide expert, personalized consultations in a retail environment. This role is ideal for someone who loves advising and educating clients, driving sales, and representing brands known for their effectiveness and innovation. As a Brand Ambassador, you will combine your in-depth skincare knowledge, strong customer service skills, and sales mindset to inspire confidence, maximize sales, and support in-store beauty teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Skincare Consultations & Diagnostics

• Provide personalized recommendations based on skin needs
• Perform mini skin diagnostics and recommend tailored routines
• Advise on skincare protocols and optimal product usage

Sales & Client Experience

• Achieve sales targets while delivering exceptional service
• Create a warm, professional, and memorable client experience

Training & Product Expertise

• Represent the brand with professionalism and credibility
• Support in-store advisors with your dermo-cosmetic expertise
• Educate on ingredients, product benefits, and skincare routines

In-Store Collaboration

• Build strong relationships with beauty teams
• Contribute to a welcoming and high-performing environment

Ideal Profile:

✔ Strong experience in skincare, dermo-cosmetics, or aesthetics
✔ Excellent sales and customer service skills
✔ Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and the ability to simplify skincare routines
✔ Passion for skin health, wellness, and beauty education
