We are seeking a highly dedicated and detail-oriented Law Clerk / Office Manager to support our growing firm. This is a fully remote role, requiring strong organizational skills, the ability to work independently, and a commitment to meeting deadlines with precision.
Key ResponsibilitiesLitigation Support & File Management
- Draft and prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and affidavits
- Assist with the discovery process, including document production and review
- Prepare costs outlines for motions and hearings
- Prepare court forms and file documents electronically using Ontario’s online filing systems
- Maintain up-to-date records and case management systems
- Handle enforcement procedures, including liaising with the sheriff’s office, working with ONWrit, and coordinating writs of seizure and sale
- Upload and manage electronic court filings through Case Center (formerly CaseLines)
