We Handle the Backend : From scheduling showings, marketing properties, drafting offers, creating lease agreements, and screening documentation—we do it all! You focus on meeting clients and closing deals.

Lead Generation :

Property Owners : The appointments are already scheduled directly into your calendar and the owners have agreed to our service before the leasing agent gets involved, allowing you to focus on showing the property and closing the deal.
Tenants : The showings are scheduled directly into your calendar and the tenants have already shared key details with the head office, including their credit score, move-in date, and annual income, making them ready for the next steps.

No Paperwork Hassle : We take care of all the paperwork, giving you more time to enjoy the fun and client-facing aspects of real estate.

Expenses Covered : We’ll cover all your business essentials, including business cards, brochures, real estate signs, lockboxes, and even managing your social media accounts. Plus, we’ll provide you with an Esso gas card, so your fuel costs are taken care of. That way, you can focus on what truly matters—connecting with clients.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Meet with property owners to assess rental units and determine tenant readiness.

Collect keys and install lockboxes.

Show rental units to tenants and assist them with Rental Applications.

Requirements

5+ Years of Experience : You must have at least 5 years of experience in real estate or sales positions.

Exceptional Communication Skills : Ability to connect and communicate clearly with clients.

Strong Sales Mindset : A drive to meet targets, build relationships, and close deals.

Self-Motivated & Independent : Ability to manage your schedule and client interactions effectively.

Organizational Skills : Attention to detail in managing appointments, follow-ups, and showings.

Valid Driver's License and Reliable Vehicle : A must-have for property visits (gas paid by us).

Availability to Work Evenings and Weekends : Flexibility in your schedule to meet client demands.
