WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL?
- Someone that thrives in a fast-paced sales environment
- 2 years of proven success in a sales / retails environment
- Passion for providing an exceptional client service experience through excellent communication skills
- The ability to be flexible and adaptable, with a desire to learn about and grow within a new industry
- Pride in your ability to work collaboratively on a team, and independently
- Strong computer skills
- Flexible work hours, including evenings and weekends
- Ability to speak other languages is considered an asset.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?
You will play a key role in driving the success of our properties by achieving sales and vacancy targets. You’ll ensure that all vacant suites are in top condition and ready for new tenants, while maintaining model suites to showcase the best of what we offer. You will manage the leasing process from start to finish, handling everything from applications to lease documents, and coordinating dynamic marketing initiatives like open houses. Your insights from market surveys and competitor analysis will help shape our leasing strategies. Additionally, you'll have the opportunity to support various building operations, contributing to the overall success of the team and properties.
