Job description
POSITION : Business Development Manager
LOCATION : Guelph, ON (on-site)
STATUS : Full-time, Permanent
QUALIFICATIONS :
Relevant experience in a similar role with a minimum 8 years of experience
Tier 1 or Tier 2 automotive supplier experience considered an asset
OVERVIEW :
Build and strengthen customer relationships by anticipating needs, resolving issues quickly, and driving growth through new products, contracts, and expanded business.
Identify market trends and competition to identify opportunities, lead RFQs and proposals, and support marketing efforts through communications, conferences, and events.
Coordinate across teams to ensure quality, and on time program delivery while implementing cost saving initiatives and productivity improvements.
Support development of business strategy, applying strong technical and commercial expertise
