What you will do :

An Inside Sales - Outbound Lead Generator is responsible for generating new business by territory prospecting and lead generation. We are seeking a high energy, organized and self-motivated individual who will initiate outbound prospect calls, qualifying their needs, and setting appointments for Outside Account Managers.

Location : Remote

You will be responsible for :

• Meet and exceed daily and monthly activity targets including outbound dials, connections, and appointment bookings
• Meet and exceed monthly and annual quota for Gross Margin on New Business
• Proactively generate leads through various techniques, includes telephone cold calling, email, social media, and mail distribution.
• Provide prompt telephone / email follow up to leads from all sources and properly document and track results
• Utilizing variety of industry specific databases, search for potential prospects that meet 4Refuel ideal prospect profile, qualify and set Fuel Consultant appointments for A / B prospects
• Build and maintain a knowledge base to become an expert on 4Refuel capabilities and services. Study our value proposition as part of your sales presentation
• Utilize CRM to track all pertinent information related to the opportunity and effectively manage lead generation in assigned territory
• Participates in training opportunities to enhance and maintain personal and service offering knowledge. Participate in ongoing improvements to call scripting and objection handling
