Depot Administrative Assistant

We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Depot Administrative Assistant to support daily operations at our Thorold depot. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being the go-to person, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in keeping people, processes, and systems running smoothly.
From payroll and training coordination to safety compliance and event planning, you’ll play a vital role in supporting Operations staff and ensuring seamless administrative execution.
Advantages
Location : Thorold, ON
Duration : 1-Year Contract (with strong potential for extension)
Work Arrangement : Onsite – 5 days per week
Hours : Monday–Friday, 7 : 30 AM – 4 : 00 PM (40 hours / week)
- Periodic travel to Stoney Creek; approximately twice per month for meetings
