Senior Law Clerk
and own the following responsibilities :
Draft, review, and prepare legal documents, contracts, corporate governance materials, and other legal correspondence.
Support legal teams during due diligence processes by gathering and organizing necessary documents and data.
Monitor and ensure compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements for corporate clients.
Communicate effectively with clients, lawyers, and other internal departments to ensure smooth legal processes.
Conduct legal research and provide summary reports on various legal topics, cases, and legislation.
Maintain and organize legal files and documentation, ensuring all records are accurate and up to date.
Work collaboratively with internal teams, including accountants and consultants, to support cross-functional legal services.

Your experience and education
A minimum of 5-7 years of experience as a Law Clerk, with substantial exposure to corporate and commercial law matters.
Diploma or certification from a recognized Law Clerk program.
Proficiency in corporate law procedures, legal terminology, and corporate compliance.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel.
Ability to manage deadlines and work effectively under pressure.
Experience with corporate filing systems, minute book management, and electronic legal documentation.
