The Director will collaborate with clinical, administrative, and operational leaders to address security needs and serve as the primary point of contact for security-related matters with external partners and provincial government agencies. They will also lead regular communication and training initiatives to educate staff on security protocols.

The Director will identify and implement advanced security technologies, staying abreast of emerging innovations to enhance operational effectiveness. Budget and resource management are essential, including developing the security services budget, negotiating contracts with third-party vendors, and finding opportunities for cost-saving initiatives while maintaining high-quality services.
