Universal Staffing is currently hiring DZ Recycling Drivers for London. Whether you’re a newly licensed DZ driver looking for an opportunity or an experienced driver ready for a great team environment, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Operate an automatic 2-person split rear recycling truck
• Collect residential recycling (Blue Bins and Grey Bins) or Garbage
• Complete daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Report vehicle defects and safety concerns
• Provide excellent customer service while working in residential communities
• Work safely as part of a team
• Perform physical and repetitive lifting throughout the day
• Drive and load materials as required (Driving & Loading are mandatory)
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions year-round

What We’re Looking For:

• Valid DZ or AZ Driver’s License (Newly Licensed Drivers Welcome!)
• Clean CVOR and Driver’s Abstract
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Physically fit and able to lift 25–50 lbs repeatedly
• Previous physical labour experience (construction, landscaping, waste collection, warehouse, general labour, etc.)
• Safety boots required
• Ability to work 10–12-hour shifts as needed

Position Details:

Location: London (off the 401/Highbury)

Schedule:

Monday–Friday—6:30 AM start
Finish when the daily route is complete

Pay & Benefits:

• $29.08 per hour
• 4% Vacation Pay
• Incentive Program
• Overtime after 44 hours
• Weekly Pay by Direct Deposit
