Beyond Landscaping Ltd is one of the fastest growing companies on the North Shore. We provide hardscaping (designing, building), gardening & planting, as well as snow & ice management services to our customers. We take great pride in the work we do and because of this, we are expanding rapidly and adding to our team. We treat our employees and our customers like our business depends on it - because we really be-leaf it does!
Why work with us?
Our team members are a part of our ever-growing (growing like a weed!) family, and once they come here, they tend to stay long term. This is because we have worked hard to build a supportive culture that values working hard and playing hard (after the work is completed to a high standard, of course!). Every Thursday, we offer a team barbecue with complimentary food and beverages. We also provide ongoing team building events such as camping, bowling, golfing, paint-balling and go-karting (like we said..work hard, play hard). Alright, so we are fun..that’s great, but who are we looking for to fit into this tight knit team which aims for only the very best team players? Well, we are looking for people with:
*Please note: If you don’t like to work hard, aren’t a team player and/or are a negative person, this job isn’t for you. Natural selection will weed these types of candidates out very quickly.
Benefits we offer:
-Company truck possibility for foremen
- Health benefits are available to eligible staff.
-4% vacation pay
-Year-Round, Full-Time Employment (if wanted).
-Great work-life balance (we don't typically work weekends, evenings or holidays unless you’d like to).
-Career growth potential.
-Performance-based raises.
-Educational opportunities.
If this position sounds like a good fit for you, stop beating around the bush and apply already! Please email your resume with a brief description about yourself and your work experience OR attach a cover letter to your application. If you do not write a description or attach a cover letter, it is unlikely we will respond.
Thank you and we look forward to hearing from you.
