Job description2 to 4 or more years of landscape maintenance experience, with leadership or foreman experience preferred Strong knowledge of maintenance practices and equipment Ability to lead, motivate, and support a crew in the field Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors in all weather conditions Comfortable operating landscaping equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.) Valid driver's license (ability to tow a trailer is an asset) Monday to Friday 8-hour shifts between 7 : 30 a.m. and 4 : 30 p.m. Overtime may be available during peak seasons and winter operations Full-time, permanent employment. Pay : $23.00 to $28.00 per hour (CAD), based on experience 4% vacation pay Medical & Dental benefits after 3-month probationary period Supportive, team-focused work environment Opportunities for training, development, and advancement Stable, year-round employment

Transformations Landscaping Ltd. is an award-winning landscaping company providing maintenance, construction, and snow removal services throughout the Fraser Valley since 2007. We are currently looking for a Landscape Maintenance Foreperson to lead maintenance crews, uphold quality standards, and support day-to-day field operations. This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone who enjoys being in the field, leading by example, and working closely with crews and supervisors.

As a Landscape Maintenance Foreperson , you will be responsible for overseeing daily maintenance operations while working alongside your crew. You will ensure sites meet Transformations' quality standards while supporting productivity, safety, and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and supervise landscape maintenance crews
- Perform and oversee mowing, pruning, trimming, edging, and general grounds maintenance
- Ensure quality, efficiency, and safety on all job sites
- Communicate with supervisors regarding site conditions and crew needs
- Assist with training and mentoring crew members
- Ensure equipment and tools are properly used and maintained
- Support winter snow removal operations as required
