We’re hiring dependable hardworking individuals to join our team as General Laborers for the summer season. You’ll assist our irrigation and hydroseeding crews with installing systems, soil grading and seeding projects, and keeping job sites in top shape. No prior experience is needed, just a willingness to work hard, learn on the job, and enjoy the outdoors. This is a perfect opportunity to earn good pay while contributing to greener communities!
Key Responsibilities:- Help install and test irrigation systems (e.g., digging trenches, laying pipes, connecting sprinklers).
- Support hydroseeding tasks, including mixing materials, operating equipment, and maintaining safe and clean work areas.
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment at job sites.
- Perform basic maintenance on tools and machinery with guidance.
- Follow safety guidelines and crew leader instructions for a safe, efficient workplace.
- Assist with site cleanup and prep for projects.
What We’re Looking For:Available to work full-time from May to Winter 2026 (Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend shifts).
- Physically capable of manual labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for long periods, and working in all weather conditions.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and openness to learning new skills.
- Team player who can follow directions and contribute to a solid crew.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are a plus.
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
