We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Manager, Laboratory Services to join our Laboratory Services team.
Employment Status : Permanent Full Time
Hours of Work : Day shifts from Monday to Friday (some evening and weekend hours may be required based on operational needs) - subject to change as per Management Rights
Location : Humber River Health, Wilson Site
Employee Group : Management
Salary Range : $122,874.00 - $149,494.66
Reporting Relationship : Program Director, Laboratory Services
Responsibilities :
- Provides effective, efficient and quality patient support services through effective management of staff, facilities and financial resources .
- Plans, develops and implements service delivery systems in collaboration with health systems management and community referral sources that enhance customer-focus, professional and accountability using data and information analysis of quality, utilization and outcome indicators.
- Assits with developing and implementing innovative and entrepreneurial action plans that enhance service delivery, revenues and cost-effectiveness while actively participating in both internal and external committees.
