Saputo is seeking a Regional Manager Human Resources Atlantic Region for an existing opportunity within our organization.
The Manager Human Resources Atlantic Region (Nova Scotia New Brunswick and Newfoundland) is responsible for providing strategic and operational human resources leadership that aligns with organizational priorities and supports a highperforming engaged workforce. Reporting to the Regional Director Human Resources -Ontario & Atlantic this role partners closely with business leaders and crossfunctional HR teams to deliver consistent highquality HR service across the region.
Schedule : Monday to Friday during regular business hours; flexibility is both required and supported.
How you will make contributions that matter :
Strategic HR Partnership
- Partner with the HR Director to align regional HR initiatives with broader business goals and corporate HR strategy.
- Build strong sustainable working relationships with employees and leaders at all levels ensuring effective communication trust and collaboration.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on HR policies procedures and best practices.
- Contribute to workforce planning organizational effectiveness initiatives and talent development strategies.
- Analyze HR metrics and workforce data to generate insights that support effective decisionmaking and continuous improvement.

Salary : $90530 to $118820 per annum. Salary offers will vary commensurate with experience education skills and training.
