Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in . This role combines office administration with driving responsibilities. The successful candidate will provide essential clerical support to ensure smooth office operations and will also

Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine clerical tasks, including answering phones, taking messages, and directing calls.
- Draft correspondence and respond to routine inquiries.
- Organize and maintain filing systems (paper and electronic).
- Open, route, and distribute incoming mail and materials.
- Complete and route forms in accordance with company procedures.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements.
- Assist with reconciliation, expense reports, invoicing, and annual budget preparation.
- Administer department programs, projects, and processes.
- Order and manage office supplies.
- Prepare and copy documents as needed.
- Support recruiting efforts by posting job openings, coordinating interviews, and arranging candidate travel.
- Drive an AM and PM school bus route in addition to administrative duties.
Education & Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Previous administrative experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and follow-up abilities.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Professional demeanor and confidence in a corporate setting.
- Valid S license or willingness to complete training to obtain one.
