Job descriptionPreferably (But not required) a licensed Physiotherapist, Chiropractor, Kinesiologist or Occupational Therapist in good standing with provincial regulatory college in B.C. Minimum 3-5 years of clinical experience, with at least 1–3 years in a leadership or management role. Strong business acumen and proven ability to manage operations, budgets, and KPIs. Successful candidate can come from a non-clinical background with proven experience leading health care professionals. Excellent interpersonal, mentorship, and communication skills. Completion of advanced orthopedic or manual therapy training is an asset. Passion for innovation, people development, and client-focused care. Deliver high-quality, client-centered clinical assessments and treatment plans. Monitor client progress, ensure quality assurance, and support positive clinical outcomes. Lead and manage clinic operations including performance metrics, financials, and workflow optimization. Inspire and mentor clinical staff, fostering a high-performance, collaborative team culture. Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members. Coordinate clinic scheduling, manage conflicts, and promote operational efficiency. Engage in community outreach and business development to drive clinic growth. Act as the clinic’s primary liaison with regional leadership and key stakeholders.
