JOB SUMMARY
Manages all aspects of the relationship with key accounts.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for driving growth from the top down and managing the corporate level along with supporting all site locations.
- Create corporate relationships with commodity and indirect procurement managers and penetrate all commodities related to Radwell.
- Successfully obtain & penetrate corporate targets by using local site contacts, onsite visits, tradeshows, and cold calling / reach out efforts.
- Obtain an onsite opportunity and audience at the corporate level.
- Maintain relationships with high-priority key accounts and drive growth throughout all locations.
- Establish and negotiate yearly contracts and supplier agreements.
- Enable cross-functional collaboration with outside and inside sales, marketing, and Radwell operations to ensure a cohesive approach to account management.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust account strategy and goals as needed.
- Solve administrative, technical, and operational barriers to sales.
- Assemble monthly business reviews and present performance and targets to the executive management team.
- Expand share-of-wallet at assigned accounts.
- Develop and execute strategies to meet or exceed activity and revenue goals.
- Deliver effective sales presentations and ensure technical requirements are met.
- Develop and execute account-specific strategies to capture upselling opportunities.
- Ensure alignment with overall company objectives and understand specific customer needs, goals, and pain points.
- Focus on gaining new business and expanding product lines offered by Radwell by identifying opportunities and understanding customer needs.

WORK SCHEDULE
This role is Monday-Friday 8am-5pm.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Office and / or customer locations. All employees are required to wear “Radwear” (apparel with company logo) at all times once the initial supply (at company expense) has been received.
Radwell ID Badge and Access Card must be worn at all times.
Radwell safety policies must be adhered to at all times.
