Job descriptionBachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Experience in full-cycle recruitment, ideally within the architecture, engineering, or construction sectors. Strong sourcing skills with proficiency in Recruiter, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and other talent acquisition tools. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience recruiting for roles in architecture, urban planning, engineering, and project management. Familiarity with Canadian employment laws and recruitment practices in the AEC industry. Experience working in a multinational, matrixed organization.
