The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee large-scale projects valued at $25M+ . The successful candidate will provide strong leadership throughout all project phases — from pre-construction planning to final handover — ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standard. This is a high-impact role that requires strong financial acumen, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders across complex builds.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of construction projects, ensuring delivery on schedule, budget, and scope.
• Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams including site supervisors, subcontractors, consultants, and engineers.
• Oversee project budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting, ensuring accurate cost control and resource allocation.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Identify and mitigate risks while implementing proactive solutions to keep projects on track.
• Ensure compliance with all safety standards, building codes, and quality control measures.
• Review and manage contracts, change orders, RFI’s, and project documentation.
• Apply technical knowledge and a strong understanding of carpentry processes to support project execution and problem-solving.
• Provide leadership that fosters collaboration, accountability, and performance excellence across the team.
