We are looking for Design Consultants who are passionate about sales, motivated by results, and energized by helping customers invest in better-quality products for their homes.

You'll be part of our team in St Laurent, at 4428 Boulevard St-Laurent, Montreal, QC, in a full-time capacity

Compensation & Growth
This position offers a commission structure designed to reward high performance. Our full-time Design Consultants typically earn between $65,000–$75,000 annually, with top performers exceeding that range.
At EQ3, we invest in people who want to grow. You'll gain valuable experience in sales, customer experience, merchandising, and retail operations while working alongside a passionate and supportive team.
